The glasses were as described so no complaints there, hence not one star, but the communication from the company is truly awful. The order was taking quite a long time to be sent (in-stock frames only, no lenses) so I sent a couple of emails to chase up but never got a response. I also tried calling a few times but no one ever picked up. After eventually receiving the frames, I decided to return one pair (I ordered two pairs as part of their try-at-home process). However, I got no confirmation that they received them after the tracking showed them as delivered so I sent them a chase-up email. Again, no response. Still waiting for the refund.The website isn’t a scam from my experience but it does give that kind of impression with the minimal online presence, cheap prices, and zero communication. My original plan was to get them to put lenses in the frames I chose but I felt that that process would be extremely slow and difficult so have gone elsewhere. It’s been a month from ordering to now and the return still hasn’t been resolved - I only bought off-the-shelf, in-stock frames!If you know the exact frames you want and can’t find them elsewhere for similar price then go for it. But if somewhere else offers them or you’re wanting to try out and return then I’d avoid because you won’t be able to communicate with this company if you need to.

Was a bit worried at first of so many bad reviews, but trusted my gut feeling and ordered my shades. And all I can say is my experience is top notch over expectation, came to Sweden in no time within 42 hours and shades look in perfect condition and is authentic. Will definitely order again. So don’t hesitate is my advice for those who do!
AVOID!!! Purchased from this company 16/11/22 and goods received quickly. But when returned, 3 weeks of constant chasing to get refund for value of circa £400. Giles @ Company was extremely unhelpful and wish whole transaction hadn't happened as most painful experience of purchasing online in 10+ years of doing so!
I just want to let everyone ordering from this company to beware of misleading and dishonest tactics concerning their return policy. The website clearly states that you have 30 days to receive a full refund in the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase. When I sent them an email saying I was requesting a refund from them, it took them three days to respond to me. This was after I sent emails to their general service address, their UK address, and the email form on the website itself. I received a pair of frames with prescription lenses. When the glasses arrived, I noticed that the left arm of the frames was loose and creaky where it attached to the rim. The right side was tight and not creaky. The response I received was clearly evasive and intended to deter returns. The response said I would receive 100% of the frames' value, but only 50% of the lenses. I searched their website far and wide, and could not find any area where this was stated in their return policy. Every return policy on their website said that I could receive 100% of the value if I was unsatisfied in 30 days. The email response also stated that I would ONLY receive the refund if I included both the plastic sachet that came in the case containing a little cheap microfiber cloth (clearly a "Gotcha" tactic) and the original box that the case was sent in. First of all, these were details that could be found NOWHERE on the return policy on their website, secondly, who keeps the original cardboard shipping box that the glasses are sent in, and thirdly, why would it be a material difference if the case was sent in a different box or didn't contain a plastic sachet and cloth that cost the manufacturer under a dollar? I'm calling shenanigans on this website. The eyeglasses I purchased from them cost me 280 dollars. They were the most expensive pair of glasses I have ever bought.
I never received my order. The package has been deliever incorrectly by fault of DHL. The shop refuses to contact DHL to solve this issue. They are not helpful at all, the customer support is very unfriendly - they just don't care. I am forced to enforce the refund by a lawyer. DO NOT ORDER HERE!
