Can you believe it only took three days to arrive from abroad, while my local dealer said it would take a week to check stock? If I could give no stars, I definitely would! I ordered a pair of glasses that turned out to be clearly fake, and I was charged extra for delivery by the shipping service. This charge was not mentioned in their terms, and I apparently cannot return these counterfeit glasses due to their policies.
I received my prescription frames, but they didn't include my prescription. The customer service responded quickly to my inquiry via WhatsApp, but when I asked about a possible refund, they suddenly stopped replying. I was supposed to receive my prescription lenses in the mail, but it's been 10 days and nothing has arrived.
