I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
When I registered for this service in 2023, there was no subscription model at all. Subscription plans were only introduced in June 2024, well after my initial registration.
I never gave explicit consent to any paid subscription. I did not receive any contract, written confirmation, or notification informing me that a paid subscription had been activated on my account. Additionally, my account had been inactive since April 2024, which makes this situation even more concerning.
Despite this, my account was unilaterally migrated to a paid plan, even though a free account option was available. This was done without my agreement.
The company claims that an email was sent to inform me about the activation of a paid subscription. However, I regularly check all my inboxes, including spam folders, and I never received any such message.
This practice feels misleading and unacceptable. Subscriptions should never be activated without clear, explicit, and documented consent from the user. I would not recommend this service based on this experience

Whenever I try to log into my account, it says the password is incorrect, which is not true. To change it, they need to send me a code valid for 30 minutes, but the code either doesn't arrive at all or comes too late. I can't log in to my account or withdraw funds. Very frustrated.
They charged me twice for one transaction, and I had to go through a lot of hassle to contact my bank and the merchant, yet the issue remains unresolved. My funds are locked, and their support is non-existent. Next time I see this service as a payment option, I will switch providers.
I had a terrible experience with this platform. They suddenly blocked my funds, leaving me with thousands locked away. I've sent multiple emails and chatted with customer support several times, but I still haven't received a response in over a week. I've mentioned my late payments repeatedly, but they simply ignore me. I do not recommend using this platform at all. Beware!
They switched me from a free service to a paid subscription without notifying me. They claimed to have emailed me, but I never received anything, and their terms of service allow this. No email notifications for monthly charges or receipts. This feels very shady; I thought they were a reputable company, but after this, I've read many negative experiences.
This service is not technically equipped to assist users effectively; it primarily serves its own interests. Reports are only available for those using Excel (forget about Mac users), and the site is full of bugs. The staff is trying to help as much as possible, but they are only trained for Microsoft products. This service pretends to be modern, but its foundations are stuck in the 1990s.
I waited weeks to get verified, spending hours on the phone only to be hung up on. Finally, I received an email weeks later stating they were terminating my account without any explanation. Don't waste your time with this unreliable service as we did. We now use another platform that verified us instantly and got us up and running.
