I ordered a pair of boots from them on sale, they were shipped pretty fast. I bought the square toe Micaela boots, they were really comfortable while being sleek and high-heeled. One of the shoes got a minor fault in the sole but the customer service was really fast and responsive in helping me fix the problem and reimbursing me with a refund. Already ordered another pair!
I absolutely love my new booties! The fit is great, the fabric is great and the design is delightful! The black and ivory print will go with everything. The regular price of these boots is a little pricey, but there are discounts usually available and they are worth the price! I highly recommend this company.
Great customer service and excellent communication. I need to return an item because I wanted another design instead. They are so helpful and provided me with options to take on how to proceed. I am pleased to take the voucher and spend it with another item. I was assisted during the whole process. I am a happy customer. I have bought a lot of shoes at Vivaia and I’m loving their products. I highly recommend their shoes so comfy.
The shoes I ordered are very comfortable. I have one pair of heels and one pair of flats. They are probably the most comfortable shoes I have had. The second pair because it was velvet was a little bit less perfect than I wanted to (some part of it has small streaks that you can comb back, so not an issue) but super comfortable. No issue with delivery etc.
The newest addition to my comfy footwear is the Square-toe Mary-Jane in red! I first wore them on a family day event at my daughter's school thinking it would end by noon or so. I got to join some of the games too with these shoes. The program ran late, I also had coffee with the other moms, and continued my day with night time mass at our church. I was so sure I'd want to change shoes after noon because I didn't have high hopes to any shoe brand anymore. I get blisters easily! Not with these pair though! I was wearing them from 7AM until 7:30PM and didn't have one blister or sore feet. The red color is such a head turner too at the coffee shop. Planning to get the Everly boots ASAP for my travels.
