I received the boots on Saturday, and they are enormous. I was sent a size 40 (UK 7), but I actually wear a size 37 (UK 4). I want to exchange them for the correct size, but I'm not impressed so far. I've messaged the service team four times without any response. I even tried calling the number they provided. They advertised the boots as leather, but they are not genuine leather. I do like the color, and I was hoping to resolve this by exchanging them. I share the sentiment of other reviews; this company does not seem trustworthy.

The delivery took an eternity, and when the product finally arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, I received the wrong size, but fortunately, I was eligible for a full refund. Even with evidence, they attempted to argue that I received the correct size (which was false) and only offered a 15% refund! Naturally, I rejected this and threatened legal action, after which I received my full refund—interestingly, they told me to keep the item since I had requested a prepaid return label. To their credit, the representative I dealt with was consistently polite throughout the lengthy email correspondence, but this service is not what it appears to be. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand—lesson learned! Please be cautious!
