DO NOT ORDER if you need more then single vision

My first pair of glasses my prescription was not correct. I will take responsibility and say I put my script in incorrectly so I sent to VLOOK to look at. They sent me back how to put in the script and suggested what it should be. I was told if it was incorrect they would correct it. Not true. DO NOT ORDER if you are more then single vision.

Product does not perform properly

Yes the prices are good but the company makes you jump through hoops just for them to correct the mistakes that they make on your glasses. If I order glasses to transition I expect with them to transition in the sun and mines do not. The only way to communicate is through email; I email and you say “take a picture outside with something under the glasses.” I do that then you say oh well record a video it’s been four days now at this point I just want my money back and to send you your glasses all I initially wanted was the additional fee

WORST WEBSITE

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO EVER GET GLASSES FROM MY GLASSES BROKE IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND WHEN I CLEARLY SENT THE PICS OF THE BROKEN GLASSES AND NOW THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER MY EMAIL!! =(

Super light weight glasses

Super light weight glasses. The color very bright and pretty you can use this to highlight a dark suit that you are wearing. I’m so in love with these frames! So much fun!
