Review Time
I've been waiting a month for these bloody glasses and they've allegedly been delivered already, which is obviously not the case. they gave me a tracking number for usps and it has never worked, not a single time but they kept reassuring me that my package was en route. Now the package has been "delivered" but I can't even check with my local usps as the tracking number is incorrect! I believe I have been scammed, please stay away from this company at all costs...thats 50$ down the drain, please learn from my mistakes!!!
Terrible customer service and long long loooooooong shipping and handling time. I’ve waited almost 4 weeks for these glasses that were supposed to take 2.5 weeks to be made and delivered. I emailed them and their customer service also disappoints…their only reply was that Covid had increased their shipping times…. So then why estimate it’s going to take 2.5 weeks if you know that’s not true?
I purchased 4 pairs of glasses from Vlookoptical. I had an issue with the temple arm on one frame. I contacted Jack at customer service in which he promptly sent me a new frame! I installed the lenses and now I have my four great options to choose from daily!! I can't say enough about their customer service. What I really love about the Vlookoptical is their AMAZING selection! They have so many unique, stylish frames to choose from... Unlike most companies with very basic run-of-the-mill looks. I am a loyal customer for life!!
I was shipped a totally different pair of glasses than I ordered. I mean totally different color and style. On top of that the prescription was totally wrong. Can’t get in contact with anyone. I think Vlook just ships anything just to say you got something for your money. Now I’ve noticed there is no description of what you ordered on the email confirmation of your order nor on the enclosed package, but there is something that looks like the prescription you didn’t provide.Beware of this company.
I have been trying to reach out to Vlook for the last couple of days with no luck. My issues is the buy one get one free I brought 4 pairs of glasses and they charged me for 3 pairs I'm not a happy camper. No one is returning or responding to my emails. How long does it take before someone responds
