COMPLETELY WRONG PRESCRIPTION IN MY GLASSES

I had two pair of glasses made and they COMPLETELY did my prescriptions wrong. I don't know what numbers they were looking at but they wasn't the numbers in my script. They even had the nerve to send me. Copy of my script. My doctor checked the glasses they made and it was no where near the script I inputted and gave them. Now they want me to send them the glasses back in order for me to get a corrected pairs🤬 Very disappointed in their service.To their answer: the reply is very bogus. it seems this is what they reply to everyone's problems instead of owning up to the screw up. My prescriptions clearly say +375 but they made my glasses a +500. How does a 3 look like a t 5?? If I could post a pic would what they have on file to what was dont I would.. I have yet to hear from them about my issue.. then they want me to send my glasses back to an apartment in texas..

Better than all the other glasses companies!!!!!!

Omg guys, I am so impressed with this company. I just left a review on vlookglasses Instagram page. My prescription was crystal clear and the frames as well as the cases are made like designers. The price to add the prescription is way cheaper than all the other companies in China that I usually shop with and I received my glasses in under 3 weeks. This company is outstanding!!!!! I think I'm going to do a YouTube review on them although I've never done one before. This is my new go to company!!!!!! Thank you for the fast shipping!!!!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam , they took money out of my account. They say they r a USA company but they r from China. I never received my glasses. They want give you a refund.
