25 MARCH 2025For the 2nd time this month, the VPS is DOWN! And this is the service that was given after asking us to upgrade, lock us for 3 years and not allowing a refund?!Such a disgrace for an established hosting company if you cannot offer a decent stable VPS. Thank god I'm hosting my websites on another VPS provider, and lo & behold they have had no issues for so long.--------------------------------------------------JANUARY 2025No stars deserved at all! As I am typing, the VPS that I was just migrated to is down for the past 3 hours and my regional offices' operations are affected due to email send/receive failure. Such a failure!2 weeks ago, a sales rep, Erwin contacted us to upgrade to VPS as we were on an old server. And so we upgraded but I specifically informed him that I wanted the migration to be done during weekend or CNY period. Lo and behold, the migration team started the migration at 7pm on a weekday night without informing us.And we only got to know about it the next morning, since nobody checks emails after 6pm. We had nameservers that need to be updated for the different domains. So, imagine the delay in send/receive emails during propagation.Been with them for so long and so many issues. But we cannot afford the downtime to move so many email addresses to another hosting. Freaking regret it.
