I have five websites hosted with Vodien (which was originally hosted with PacHosting which Vodien acquired last year). In the past few months, my websites have gone down for no apparent reason. My sites were down for 28 times for a total of 25 hours and 8 minutes in the past 30 days. I was lucky to have set up an uptime monitor so that I would be notified whenever the sites go down. It is only if you contact Vodien that they will begin to look into the issue (during their business hour - Singapore timezone). Their customer support will only get back to you after a days (or in one case - until I wrote again because the sites went down again).When I asked to be compensated for the downtime, they asked me for proof that the sites were down. I would have thought that their logs would show when a site went down - apparently not. Vodien will shift the blame on the customer to avoid responsibility. UPDATE: Sambrin's team has since reached out to me after I first published this review, and has escalated the matter such that their technical team has finally looked into the issue to fix the root cause. I had taken off two stars because it nevertheless took Vodien more than 10 days and multiple attempts for me to speak with their support staff before the issue was fully resolved. I hope Vodien will continue to offer the same level of attentiveness which Sambrin has shown in all future incidents.
