12/3/2025. Multiple occurences over last 3 months involving Multiple Emails from legitimate senders not getting through and getting 'lost', eg. emails sent from Insurance companies, power utility company, Pharmaceutical company, Vodien even blocked their own email to me - support@vodien email, technical assistance hotline staff were not helpful and put down the phone without solving the problem, their final solution to emails getting blocked was for me to call in to speak to their 'Manager' periodically to find out which emails I have not received.
To be frank, they are not really giving any proper solution to any issues. First they talk in chat / call as if the problem in our side. When we prove them that they are wrong, they will tell our back-end team will fix. But what they actually do is just reset all the settings. When the same issue happen again, their sequence of action will never change. If your business really working based on emails / website, I strongly recommend to not to use Vodien. I am suffering and I appointed a new IT guy to transfer all from Vodien
