Pay more and don't book through them!!! They are the worst!

They are the worst!! I have booked through their website a flight that was later on cancelled by the airline. So Volagratis sent me the cancellation mail and never refunded my money back (more than 500 Euro)each time I contact them, they say you should contact the airline not us. The airline never answers!

Very difficult online Check-in with Cathay Pacific Airlines

On a Boeing, the seats are really too close one another., especially if the passenger in front of you lows his back!Besides, it is very hard and long doing the online check-in with Cathay Pacific Airlines.

Zero qualit customer service

The call center can't support to solve any issues. The hotel that I booked sent a request to get me reimbursed and after three weeks, volagratis didn't take any action.
