A nightmare, I only booked once trough them and I never experienced so many mishaps and frustration:Here’s a list of the things that happened… on a f*****n single booking ! - a missed pop-up allow me to pay twice for the ticket- they fail to make the automated checkin and alert me day before departing ( with an auto-mail at 5AM )- what I thought to be a cabin bag is just the underseat one- thw personal area of their site doesn’t work on safari neither mobile or browser version so gtfo apple usersI mean the only good point is that customer care actually answers quickly….
This company is a fraud, they cancelled my cousins trip to Thailand the day of the flight and said that airline cancelled the flight. That is not true, confirmed by airline. The flight was not cancelled. She is strugling to get her money back, it's been days now. Immagine having your summer ruined like that. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
