Review Time
I got covid, family sickness issues and need to cancel my package (Fly and Car), I was told they would call me to change dates, I WAS NEVER CALLED and I had called many many many many times to different numbers, no solution. Finally, I called direct the airlines, which gave new date and was much more supportive, BUT forget about the rental vehicle, they could NOT reimburse or change dates, since BRAVOFLY, VOLAGRATIS were the one in control of the reservation, no help was out there. I called different numbers for all companies involve and was not successful to get this car rental refund.
So apparently I made a booking on volagratis that got redirected to kiwi.com and now my booking appears only on volagratis.kiwi.com. My account does't get recognized by neither volagratis.com nor kiwi.com or their resepctive apps so I can't manage it from any of the two from my phone and get the QR code that i need for my check-in.Just avoid this site. Overcomplicated, not intuitive and zero customer support. Just a useless chat-bot that doesn't understand anything.Please fix this.
