Jaz Neo Naama Bay – A hotel with non-existent entertainment. As soon as we arrived, it took them an hour to give us our room, a “superior” with a pool view. At first, they didn’t even check the booking and gave us a ground-floor room facing a wall, in a completely different area. When we pointed this out, they gave us another “pool view” room, but the only view from the window was terrible — the balcony faced a white wall just two meters away, with four ventilation motors running day and night, making an unbearable noise. The bathroom was outdated, and the food never changed in ten days, except for a couple of evening dishes. The beach was far away, small, and there was no possibility of all-inclusive service there. I wouldn’t go back even for free.
I booked a trip to Greece through Vola Gratis using a graduation gift voucher, expecting a smooth experience. Instead, it was frustrating from start to finish.After booking, I didn’t receive the check-in information. The confirmation email referenced a Booking.com reservation, but I was missing the required PIN. Despite multiple attempts via Vola Gratis’s support chat and even trying to contact the property owner, I couldn’t get the necessary info until days of back-and-forth emails later.When I finally arrived, the apartment was filthy — dust everywhere, smelly towels, mold on the bathroom door, and dirty dishes. It was completely unacceptable.I reported everything immediately. Customer service asked me to wait, then offered a €50 voucher while they looked into it. After 28 days of silence, I followed up, only to be told my refund was denied — in an email I never received. To add to the confusion, they mentioned “lastminute” for no clear reason.Vola Gratis failed both in support and in ensuring the quality of the accommodation. I trusted their platform, but the experience was a waste of time, money, and effort. I have requested a refund and got it declined because they issue it only when the actual accommodation issues it.
I booked a flight 2 days ago and they informed that the confrimation will arrive within 72 hours. Today they told me the confirmation will arrive within 96 hours. I hope it will arrive soon, so I can change my review and I think this company NEEDS good reviews.
