Uncertainty and Poor CommunicationI recently booked a flight through Lastminute and received a confirmation email, but when I checked directly with the airline (Air Cairo), my booking was marked as "not confirmed." The airline stated that payment had not been finalized and that my reservation would be automatically canceled if not confirmed by a specific deadline.I paid via PayPal, and the transaction was successfully processed, yet Lastminute's customer service was unavailable when I needed urgent clarification. Now I’m left stressed, unsure whether my flight is actually booked, and unable to get immediate support.A travel agency should ensure seamless processing between the customer and the airline—this kind of lack of transparency and delays in payment processing are unacceptable. If this doesn’t get resolved soon, I will never book with them again.Avoid if you want peace of mind when booking flights!
Servizio pessimo , ho pagato la tariffa per un biglietto AR Bergamo - Cluj e ritorno nel nov 2024 e non mi hanno dato il numero di prenotazione perchè il loro sistema prima chiede di pagare il biglietto low cost e dopo 3 giorni mi hanno inviato la prenotazione e mi hanno scritto che non c'era il volo nei giorni da me richiesti per il viaggio. Poi , ho chiesto il rimborso e mi hanno dato un Vaucher di Euro 69 da Euro 120 da me pagato. Questo voucher purtroppo non posso usarlo per altri voli perchè loro mi hanno chiesto che non vale almeno che acquisti anche un Hotel. Hi messo una stella pero non meritano. The worst service ever they are stealing the money . Do not ever use Volagratis . I lost Euro 120.00 for a low cost flight from Milan Bergamo to Romania and return . They asked me to pay as soon as I found the flight available on internet and to book it by paying it with my Bank card and they did not dive me a booking number . 3 days after they sent me an email saying that there were no flights on those days and they can refund me only Euro 69,00 out of it and they sent me a Vaucher of Euro 69.00 to be used with other flights including Hotels in the Europan Union. I lost my money because I don't need a hotel I was returning home to Romania from Italy. They stole my money . They must be denounced. They should not be in business anymore because they are stealing the money .
