I got a round trip flight ticket for €165, and I made sure to pay the extra fee to ensure full flexibility and cancellation. Nontheless, when I wanted to cancel the flight, I was reimbursed for only €90 in the form of a VOUCHER. It was "mentioned" in "terms and conditions" that the reimbursement does only include the flight fee itself but nothing else, and you'll get the refunded amount as a voucher, definitely not to your bank account. I find it awful.
I wanted to book a flight for the next day and accidentally booked for 365 days time. I told them of the mistake 2hrs later and asked for a refund that was declined. Even a cancellation fee would have been acceptable but to not offer anything for a flight 1 year away is pure greed and awful customer service.
