Great support received from Sergio. I'm new to Vuelio and the support I've received so far has been brilliant. The platform is user friendly and can be configured to suit my reporting needs. I have a lot to learn about the system but am confident that with the help of Sergio, his colleagues and the help function I will be using the platform to its full potential in the not too distant future!

We have been stung again on the auto-renewal process as with other reviews. This process isn't set out in the contract and to me is extremely underhand. We are now stuck with the platform for a further 12 months and I've emailed to tell them that we wish to cancel before the next auto-renewal. An awful way to treat customers/clients and will never use Vuelio again!
