Appalling account management. 3 months notice period on a 12 months contract which is auto renew. Didn't even receive the renewal notification. A very poor attitude when I tried to resolved the issue with 2 months left on my contract. Money grabbers.
Appalling account management. 3 months notice period on a 12 months contract which is auto renew. Didn't even receive the renewal notification. A very poor attitude when I tried to resolved the issue with 2 months left on my contract. Money grabbers.
Caught out by a ridiculous AUTO-RENEWAL trap where the company has decided I owe them £2,000 for a service I don't use, don't want and haven't used for over six months. Tried to cancel before my contract ended but was told I needed to have done so three months earlier. Unethical, immoral and completely inhuman in their customer interface where treating micro-businesses is concerned. If zero stars were an option I wouldn't even give them that as I wouldn't want any other businesses staring financial hardship in the face because of their utter greed.
