The product arrived sooner than I anticipated, and the communication was excellent. It offers fantastic value. The handheld gaming device I purchased (after completing all the updates) is remarkable both as a portable console and when connected to a mouse and keyboard for desktop use. Completely lacking in efficiency and responsiveness. The 27th was when I placed my order. There was an issue with my postcode entry, and they confirmed the correct postcode on the 29th... Today is the 5th, and after receiving no response via email, I called in. I spent ages on hold as “customer 2” in the queue, indicating they only have one phone operator. I was informed that my order had been on hold for days since the postcode confirmation and still hasn’t shipped. I’ve used this service before but will not be returning. This is an example of extremely slow and outdated fulfillment. It’s 2026, not 1996... Businesses that fail to deliver promptly will struggle to survive. This service feels outdated in a modern world. They need to improve. UPDATE: They offered me a “voucher” requiring me to spend more money, promising to give me “part of it back.” That’s not how vouchers work! It feels like a tactic to get more of my money while I’m still waiting for a refund. Honestly, if this company focused more on responding to emails and delivering products quickly instead of trying to manage their reputation online, we wouldn’t be leaving negative reviews. This “voucher” offer is not acceptable. I hope they face the consequences of their inefficiency before the year ends.
After sharing my experience on a review platform, the service replied today, claiming my refund has been processed. However, I haven't received any notification from my bank indicating that a refund is on its way, which usually happens. They also stated that they had emailed me, but I have not received anything. It's crucial to feel secure when making online purchases, yet I feel uncertain. Since my first contact on 01/12/2025, every time I call, I'm told to wait 2-3 days, and this is becoming increasingly concerning.
