The style I want and got a sample of is out of stock. I’ve called several times and nobody answers. I left a few voicemails and nobody has returned my calls. It’s very frustrating because I love the product and want to order 200 square feet. I’m very disappointed.
The planks look good, mostly. The adhesive sticks really well. The shipping and multiple e-mails were confusing but we did get everything. Trim pieces are for along the floor not for corners. We did have a plank that was misprints and a couple "boards" that were short pieces placed together. We were able to make this work but it was disappointing to see that sort of poor quality given how much we paid for the planks.
