No customer service. Sold a product and now will not answer messages on chat, take calls, or emails. Exhausted the excuse of messages going to spam and will check everyday...!?Would never recommend. And will never shop here again

Avoid,worse online purchase ever,waited for wardrobe over 30 working days, been promised its coming over weekend 3 times and never arrived, finally got it delivered on Sunday (was working)than got calk from courier saying he's on his own and need hand offloading as to heavy for him(paid 100£ for Special 2 man delivery)no telephone number to call either
