Awful awful awful customer service

Awful awful awful service Ordered the wardrobes from the quick dispatch - 7 days section. Email confirmation 3-4 week delivery. Wardrobes delivered and assembled. Assembly team pointed out a number of faults in the wardrobe and advised they believed it was either seconds or ex display and that they would update their company. Tried to get hold of wardrobe’s direct to arrange for a wardrobe of suitable quality to be sent. No contact number to contact wardrobes direct. Chat bot kept crashing and only email is the sales email. Most emails have gone completely ignored. I’ve now had to instruct my credit card company to raise a dispute as I’ve got nowhere with wardrobes direct themselves. They replied to one or two emails then nothing from them in the last month despite sending numerous emails.

Excellent product and customer service

Ordered wardrobes and they kept me updated on delivery throughout. Wardrobes are lovely and well made. Customer service also excellent as I had to order one replacement part.

Bullies! Horrible company and Despicable customer service

MUST READ! After several weeks of delay with my wardrobe order, I put up a review highlighting how much distress it has caused me especially as I suffer with OCD. The very next day, this horrible company sent me an order confirmation text stating my order will be delivered two days later and they then followed up the text message with this despicable email. “Hello Stella,We are sorry about the delays in your order and we have been trying our utmost best to arrange a delivery for you this week. We have managed to arrange an evening slot for you on Wed 27th Mar 2024 between 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. We have sent you a text message which you need to accept for delivery. However we are really sad to read your review on our trustpilot profile. Please note we reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue you a refund. If you wish to proceed with the delivery of your order by accepting the date via your text message then we would require you to remove your review on trustpilot in order for us to proceed with the delivery of your order. We hope we can receive positive cooperation from you so we can fulfill your order as per planned.”This suggest that my order could be cancelled (despite several weeks of delay) except I take down my previous review. In my opinion, this is tantamount to extortion. However; now that the flimsy wardrobe has been delivered, I shall no longer be bullied into silence. This company is a complete disgrace. You cannot delay my order for several weeks, threaten to cancel my order if I do not take down my review or bully me into silence. I hope others stay away from this horrible company.
