Review Time
Hi, Mitch and Jordan installed my roof lining today and from the moment they arrived, bang on the time they were due to start btw, they were friendly, polite and professional. These two gentlemen refused all offers of refreshments, adamant they just wanted to crack on and get the job done in a timely manner, which they certainly did. No breaks, just heads down and working until they left, cleaning up after themselves and leaving the house as they found it. They are both a credit to your company, please pass on my thanks again.
We had the attic done today by Shane he was excellent fantastic work. Did not stop all day . I would recommend him to my friends. Thank you warmersolutions .Also to Mr John Pickle how came to see us Thank you .Mrs D DAVIES. Cwmbran GWENT.
My dad in his 80’s got a coldCall at 9.30am in the morning by this company who he has never heard of before. By 1pm a Jordan Cobb was in his house trying to sell him insulation for his loft as his was moldy and no good in his opinion, even though a new roof was fitted only ten years ago !!! I walked in just before he was going to tell him the cost and asked what was going on. I stopped the conversation and I told him I wanted to research the company etc before we decided on anything as I have come across unacceptable sales standards in my professional work. He packed up and sharply left when I told him we would not be taking it any further. Less than thirty minutes later my elderly father received a call from a lady from this company berating us for asking the salesperson to leave and being totally unprofessional in her attitude towards us. Could not believe her rudeness so I terminated the call. Treating someone who is elderly and little confused is totally shocking. Would never trust this company based on the service I witnessed today.
I was cold called - saying it was a Government initiative to help people. A free survey was offered - on the condition that - both myself and my husband would attend. I was then rung by Mike from I don't know where, to fix an appointment. We agreed on a date and time, but Mike kept trying to change the time. We then agreed on another date. I asked for an email confirmation of who was coming, the time and what they were doing. Nothing came - I chased and still nothing. I said if I didn't have an email confirmation I would cancel the appointment - didn't hear anything until the surveyor rang and said he was on his way. I politely told him what had happened, which he accepted. I then got an very rude call from Mike demanding to know why I cancelled (he obviously doesn't bother reading his texts, or listens to what people tell him). He then said 'thanks for wasting my time' and put the phone down! Don't think he realised that he had wasted my time, my husband's time and Karl's time.
From the starter Sam & Harry introduced themselves were very polite & friendly. Once they started they were very efficient got on with the job and was done in no time no mess & cleaned everything up before the left. On completion of the job Sam went through what they had done explaining everything. I was very happy with everything.
