Better customer service than most. I purchased an steeldive sd1970 and thoroughly enjoy the watch. I find myself wearing it more often than not. I noticed an issue with the ceramic bezel insert. I contacted watchdives and within two weeks I received a replacement insert in the post that was perfect. Great company to do business with.
