It's been two years without my grill and no refund, even after being misled about the status. The company should prevent others from ordering here. It seems only those with a significant following receive timely service. This has been the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They were quick to take my payment, but now I can't reach them to get my grill.
They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to requesting a refund, they disappear. I ordered my item back in February, and it took two months to arrive. After sending the required impression, they returned it without any explanation. I've been trying to get a refund for months now, and I'm still waiting for a response. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE.
I've been dealing with this ongoing issue since placing my order for over a year now, and I'm still waiting. The communication regarding my order has been very poor. I've reached out multiple times for updates, but received no responses. They post frequently on social media but ignore customer inquiries. I even contacted the CEO directly with no luck. I've been patient, understanding their challenges, but they need to communicate better with customers instead of ignoring them. It's frustrating how long this has taken, and this isn’t my first order either.
If I could rate lower, I definitely would. I ordered a silver grill in June of 2024 and have had no contact since November. I just paid off the grill this June, but still no communication. They continue to take orders and payments without fulfilling previous ones. I do not recommend this service; just get your money back as soon as you can.

This is a total scam. I placed my order over a year ago and only received the mold. Now, when I check my order status on their site, it says I don’t have an order. Their responses have ranged from 'we have no order number' to 'we're rushing your order.' Do not buy anything from these scammers.
This company is a complete joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed my order for a tooth cap in June of last year and still haven't received it. I've tried emailing, messaging, and calling, but nothing works. After leaving negative comments on their social media posts, they have now disabled comments.
This is 100% a scam. I bought a basic fang grill over a year ago and never received it. They made constant excuses about production issues and taking on too many orders. They kept delaying the delivery date until I requested a refund, which I also never received. I'm currently in dispute with my payment provider to have them removed as merchants due to scamming and poor business practices.
