Misleading website showcases a substandard digital notebook.

The website promotes their digital notebook as a premium product, but it’s all misleading. Nowhere does it mention it ships from overseas. I received a low-quality paper notebook with a non-functional digital pen. It's a total waste of money! Returning it means incurring more shipping costs. They won’t refund you, leaving you out of pocket for both the product and return shipping. They’ll just resell it to another unsuspecting customer.

This company is a scam operating globally.

This company is a scam. I purchased a leaf blower that arrived in a damaged box, dirty and smelling like a burnt motor. They wanted me to return it at my own expense, as noted in other reviews. After getting nowhere with them, I reported it as fraud to my bank and received a full refund. At least one defective unit is no longer in circulation.

Digital notebooks are completely non-functional.

I ordered two digital notebooks for a total of $644.30 AUD. They depend on a smartpen and the associated app, which are supposed to connect via Bluetooth, but they don't work at all. The smartpen won't connect, and the instructional videos are terrible and barely load. They are also very basic and of little help. I will be seeking a full refund.

Wavel mini projector is disappointing.

I purchased a mini projector that has poor picture quality. I should have checked reviews before buying. The customer service experience is terrible, and the return policy is a joke with a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs to two different addresses. Don’t waste your money; it's not worth it.

Extremely dissatisfied with customer service.

I regret not reading the product description carefully and bought it thinking it was a book reader, but it turned out to be a digital notebook. I tried to cancel my order within half an hour but could only contact the company via email. After sending two emails with no response, I finally heard back two and a half days later, only to be told the package had shipped. They seem to have staff for processing orders but none for customer inquiries. After the product arrived, I emailed them twice to return it but got no reply. Now that they've got my money, they are unreachable. I'm out $250. The customer service is terrible, and they only have email support with no interest in resolving issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I paid $250 for a notebook and received a binder with paper and a cheap pen worth maybe $15. Everything they sent likely totals around $25. The interface is your cell phone! Returning it involves shipping costs to China and a 15% restocking fee. The fine print states that if there's any shipping damage, they won't refund anything. If it gets stuck in customs, they won’t cover it! DO NOT BUY! I feel scammed and lost $250. Don't be their next victim!

This company is awful.

This company is awful. I paid for express shipping, and it's been almost 11 days. Customer service is nonexistent. When I finally got a reply, they informed me that 'express shipping' only expedites the order through their warehouse, not the actual shipping speed. Completely terrible customer service and slow response times.
