i ordered 2 devices 1 for me and 1 for…

i ordered 2 devices 1 for me and 1 for my sister. they arrived and one of the item stop working after 4 days. I sent an email to LUNA customer care and after few days they replied to me very kindly and sent to me a new device. I appreciate it and the device is really cool and nice effect on my face and skin .

I emailed several times because the address was mistaken. Now you claim having delivering the package but I never received it. It's impossible that you found my name at that address because I don't live there. So i don't know to whom you delivered the package.
