Firstly delivery took a whole month, grateful for receiving the product though. The vitamin c serum isn't very absorbing into the skin so I suggest using a different serum, the machine works well an I can already see a difference

This my was first experience buying from Luna, so when I received my item and it was the wrong size I said, ohhhh here we go. I contacted the company and this wonderful associate Ereyca helped me immediately. I sent her a pic of the item they inadvertently sent and told me to keep it and mailed out the correct size that exact minute. Couldn’t say better things about this company!!! 5 STARS

Believe the 1 star reviews.

I've seen more and more 1 star reviews in the last couple of days and I wish I would have seen these before buying. As the ratings were very different before my purchase. Sizes are not as per their tables. When trying them on at home they are for sure at least two sizes too small. They came in the incorrect color and their customer support is non existent. I've tried to reach them via site and submitting a ticket/email. Not even an acknowledgement of receiving it.To top it all off, they delete their 1-3 star reviews on site. Don't buy, it's a scam and definitely not worth your money.

Scam scam scam - stay away from them. I ordered 2 bras in size medium. They look as though they will only fit a doll!! I tried to get a return document but two hours and 20 A1 emails later I have given up hope. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM - SCAMMERS

Beware of this scammy online store

I made a huge mistake to order fromthis place. Buyer be wear. the quality of their products are low, the prices are high for the quality and customer service is non-existent. I ordered bras and used their size recommendations. the size was off by at least 2 sizes and they refused to take it back. Horrible experience.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I received end of December the device and it stopped working after about 1.5 weeks of using it. I reported it to the customer service. Received an AI message that someone will take care of it.One week later nothing. I followed up. I send by now 3 messages, also through the website. Since almost 4 weeks NO REPLY from customer service.Sorry but this is very unprofessional.

It's a scam

I bought their product after seeing an ad on insta. The product was never processed and ai was answering customer emails. Thankfully I got a refund via PayPal. Don't buy from their website, you'll find similar products on Amazon and in general don't buy from ads on Instagram.
