I ordered shirts as a gift and paid extra for express delivery, expecting prompt and reliable shipping. Their website suggests quick shipping, possibly from the UK. After not hearing anything for over two weeks, I received tracking info, only to find out my order was shipped from overseas using standard shipping. This was not express delivery and was unclear at checkout. Moreover, they have ignored all my emails. This experience feels completely misleading. I paid for a service I didn’t receive, my gift is delayed, and the company is unresponsive. Very disappointing — nearly fraudulent behavior. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
