Purchased a motorhome from Webbs in December 2024. It had some rectification work needed prior to collection that was agreed. Not all work was carried out and it was given back to Webbs to resolve, this ended up in Webbs having to send the motorhome to the main Peugeot dealer to resolve the initial problem. The motorhome was delivered back to me and again not all problems were resolved.It was agreed with Webbs mutually to refund my purchase which was very good. When I returned the motorhome (at my cost) they said "if anything comes in that you like, just let us know". I left this amicably and very happy in light of the situation. Fast forward a few months and they had a new motorhome for sale. I enquired as I wanted the motorhome but to have a few additions to be added on - I was informed that they could not sell me another motorhome due to company policy, in that I had rejected (Amicably) a previous motorhome. I raised this with there sales manager, as this was quiet shocking and the tone of email sent, and it was confirmed they did not want to sell me a motorhome.
I had a great experience selling my motorhome to this company, it was a fair price for a quick sale without any hassle of selling it privately. I highly recommend them and if I purchase another motorhome in the future, Webbs will definitely be my go to!
I wanted to sell my Motorhome and was not in a position to put up with time wasters and tyre kickers so decided to contact dealers to judge interest.I contacted SMC ( this is where I originally bought from), West Country Motorhomes and Webbs. Neither SMC or West Country Motorhomes bothered to even respond - which shows what customer service levels they offer.Webbs contacted me, I sent photos and details. They immediately came back with an agreeable price (subject to inspection) and arranged to visit the following day. Inspection went well, money transferred and they left with the Motorhome.A really good and professional transaction and I will absolutely use them before others in the future.

Guy was extremely understanding - this was a bereavement sale so very upsetting for me, but he agreed a price, came to visit, paid me straight away, while being very considerate, charming and professional too. Can’t praise Guy and Webbs enough.
Do not sell to this company or even let your van out of your site when selling it. I was purchasing a brand new van from my local dealer and these guys gave us an offer which I took. I took a 7.5k loss but as it was a trader I understood. They asked if they could have my van early while I wasn’t using it and it was only a week or so for my new van to be ready. I agreed. Webbs collected my old van but then 2 days later told me it was full of damp and they wanted to take off another 4K. They sent me a video and yes it is slightly damp but not 4K worth. I said no to this and asked for the van to be returned. On return, there is the little bedroom clock which is missing and they have pulled the sticky tape off the wall and left damage. They have pulled a trim off above the drivers head which is missing. I have spoken to the dealer I organised the sale through and after several weeks of waiting I have heard nothing. I was being nice to let them have the van early for them to damage my van and not own up to it and fix it. Avoid selling your second hand van to this company.
Awful! We spend £50k on a camper and the second they had our money they washed their hands of us! Even before we drove it away we asked about a spare key to be told “we don’t know, look in the pack in the glove box”. No spare key there so they arranged for a new one. 3 MONTHS LATER I’m STILL chasing for it! Fobbed off with excuses!The leisure battery wouldn’t turn on and they refused to help over the phone, so had to drive all the way there for them to look at it. Turned out to be a fuse which we had to replace ourselves!When we got the V5 back it was not showing as a camper, still as a panel van with 3 seats! So we had to sort this ourselves! They did not make us aware of this before hand!Now the tap has stopped working! I would be very wary of buying from these cowboys!
