Had a great experience at the Swinton branch this morning. After struggling to get a Doctors appointment on Friday morning for my daughter, I thought I would take her to my local Weldricks branch. Olivia the pharmacist had a private consultation with my daughter who has a bad sore throat and she was able to issue some antibiotics for her on the Pharmacy First Scheme. Olivia was very friendly, helpful, professional and informative. All the staff at this branch are amazing and make such a good team, I use this branch often and would highly recommend!
Made an online order , Unfortunately my dog passed away before the order could arrive . I called to ask if they could stop the order arriving , not necessarily a refund as I know they'd probably already started working on the order , checking the prescription ect , butt I just didnt want the upset of him order to arrive in a few days time , Without even asking the lady had refunded me and cancelled the order within seconds . Great customer service, 100% would use again if needed , Recommend.
I struggled to place an order on line. It took me almost an hour and I gave up (my fault) I called the freephone number and was lucky enough to speak to Sue. Sue had endless patience and was very helpful. She talked me through what was needed and ended up placing the order for me. Thank you Sue, I'm sure you needed a cuppa after my call. ☺
