Avoid this company, it's a complete scam!

Avoid this company, it's a complete scam! They take your order and send a confirmation that lacks a customer number. To get support when they fail to fulfill the order, you need that customer number. When you complete the survey, they assert they never received it, despite their system sending a confirmation email that acknowledges receipt of your responses. They claim to be available 24/7 via chat on their website, but no one ever responds! They exploit people hoping for a service that they NEVER deliver!

This is a scam. People who have service dogs know that you cannot certify a pet as a service dog in just 48 hours. The process requires legal paperwork and documentation, and you must also consult with a psychiatrist. Be cautious, as this is definitely a scam; it cannot be done in such a short time frame.
