Please don’t be misled by this product or seller. I saw the advertisement and mistakenly purchased one as a holiday gift. I was charged for two, and the shipping was excessive. It turned out to be a fire hazard that could have endangered my family. All the reviews reflect similar experiences. These scammers exploit the holiday season with faulty products. Avoid any misleading ads; it's disgraceful that some promote these scams.
I ordered one heater, but within seconds, the cost for three was deducted from my account. I contacted the seller right away but received a generic reply stating the orders had shipped. After several emails, I finally got a response from a representative who mentioned a potential refund, but I suspected I'd have to pay for it. After persistent follow-up, they agreed to cancel and refund me. It was a waste of time, but a valuable lesson to only buy from reliable suppliers.
This is undeniably a scam. They charged me twice, totaling £165 instead of once. Their weak apologies aren't worth your time. Don't trust any reviews promoting this seller; they are scams too. Even the department they claim handles complaints doesn’t exist. It's frustrating that platforms don’t take action against these predatory sellers.
Really overpriced.i paid £62 . Then saw it on Amazon a lot,lot cheaper and free postage.I tried to cancel after just a few hours of paying and was told no.you can get a refund when delivered if not satisfactory.It arrived after 8 days and it was damaged.i took photos and emailed the evidence.They offered just 25 percent refund.i refused this and eventually was offered 50 per cent refund and keep the broken heater.I managed to repair the heater and received the £28.97 refund.plugged it in and it doesn't heat very well at all.probably only useful in a small camper van.i bought a ceramic heater for £15 and it is better.
Ordered 1 heater and 1 remote, money taken for 4 heaters and 2 remotes. Tried numerous time to get a refund, but just received what read like auto generated emails. Still no goods delivered and no money refund. Do not buy from this company. !!
i hate to admit it but i'm another one that has been conned by this company.i ordered 1 and was billed for 4.what should have cost £40 turned out to cost £220.there's something in the website that does this.i've been told by paypal that it ticks the "automatic payment " box.as per other commentators they refused to cancel and refund within an hour of me finding out.they wanted me to accept and return AT MY COST.now to contact my bank. this company's practices should be black listed
Day light robbery- a drop ship company with false marketing, AI chat bot doing all the correspondence and distributing a device which would never pass a safety test. It was my elderly vulnerable father who fell prey to their scamThey should be sued!!!
