DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! 🔥🔥🔥So dodgy. I ordered a heater, it arrived so busted up and damaged in the post it was unuseable. I reported it with photo's and asked for a replacement and begged them to package it appropriately. To say this is coming from the other side of the world the product was in a tiny thin bit of bubble wrap and plastic bag.The second one arrived packaged the same way and busted up and damaged again. The plug to convert to Australian leaves the unit rocking and loose in the socket. The remote doesn't work, the display doesn't work, the heater does not turn off. Upon my report, photo's and request for a full refund they advised me to ship back to them at my expense. No way was I doing that. Their other option to refund me 25%. Which I took. I suspect this is how they make their money. Even possibly those that choose to pay themselves to send back the product are the very same heaters that are being re shipped out already broken. It's a clever scam as the time, effort and cost of shipping the broken product back to God knows where is not easy. Apparently their terms and conditions state they will not refund unless you ship back the product at the customer expense. They can't lose and dishonestly take and keep your money.Disgusting money grabbing and dangerous product. Shame on you 🤬Just don't go there ☠
I've been waiting and waiting for my 2 heaters which I really was ordering 1 and the extended warranty I didn't even know i asked for, it's now been a little over 2 weeks plus a few emails and still have no idea where my heaters are. After reading all these reviews I now understand I've been had and yes it sucks a little but I guess you can't win them all just wish I had of read the reviews earlier. DAMMITT!!
The heater does not have the correct power plug for Australia and the adapter provided is loose. On contacting the company they said to wire it up to tighten the adapter!! How unsafe is that!! Definitely not to Australian Standards. Complete scam.
I ordered 2 WellHeaters, they sent 2 Handy Heaters Turbo. The Handy Heaters Turbo did not work and the remotes did not work. I am asking a refund, but they want to give back 25% with an option to keep the heaters. I did not agree. They charged me to ship the heaters to me and no they are charging me the return charges. They are a scam. Please do not buy theses heaters. They are coming from a different company. The plug is of 220 volts, Indian style.
If there was a negative star I would pick that. Never have I ever had such a negative review before. The heater that they claim can heat up your home is rubbish it doesn’t even heat up my small bathroom. Very very poor. And as for customer service they just keep on sending an automated message you never get to talk to anyone and then they just close your case . I’m still waiting for the extra 2 heaters I ordered and it’s been over 6 weeks. And the two heaters I received one is not working. I would never buy from them again.
Poor quality, and not made for Australia. Adaptor provided falls out of wall outlet, creating fire hazard. Products sent from Australian location (unspecified on packaging), but I was asked to return (at own expense) to address in France within 30 days of receiving before refund would be issued. Sent by Yuntu in NSW and asked to return to Orthopulse in France.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!!Not only did the heaters come late but it doesn’t even heat up my 1x3 ensuite let alone what is advertised. Ordered 3 heaters tried 2 of them didn’t bother to open the third one. Customer service is terrible, just send automated responses. Telling me that return of items is at my cost & must be unopened unused (how would I know the product is so POOR??)Must be returned within 30 days but they closed my first inquiry (I had to follow up & re send my complaint) Have filed complaint with fair trading (false advertising) & ACCC (goes against consumer laws) to get FULL refund & return at consumers expense. I’m also going to send an email to ACA I would advise others to do the same. This company is dodgey and very scammy.
I thought I’d give this heater a go as if I lost $60 it wasn’t the end of the world. And the link the “Australian” company sent with reviews sounded good. I wasn’t expecting a great deal, but thought it would at least warm a small ensuite bathroom. I couldn’t have been more wrong.Firstly, when it arrived it had a European plug, and a seperate plug was provided to plug into that to make it fit an Australian socket. This made the unit sit about 3-4 inches out from the wall. But the weight of the unit, which was not very much would cause the plugs to seperate slightly to then cut power. Once propped up from the bottom with a jar of cream it would keep working. I gave it a good test run, 1 hour, and it was useless as tits on a bull. So I started the return process straight away. After a few emails back and forth offering 25% then 50% and finally 75% to keep it, I got the details to return for a full refund. I had to pay return post of $15, provided them with a tracking number. I did get my full refund a few days after it was received by them. There are several “companies” on line now with the exact same heater, not just “well heater” brand. Which by the way, was not at all on the packaging. Stay away from all of them.
First of all, this item can be purchased on AliExpress for just A$10 (including remote control). Now to my experience with this scammer company (registered in Lithuania). The ordering process was not transparent at all, and deliberately deceptive.. you only realize you've paid for extended warranty after the payment has gone through, and they even charge you for the remote control. The delivery itself took ages, and communication was so poor. Whoever these people are, don't trust them. I felt cheated. And, yes..despite all the sensational claims, the heater is next to useless. Be warned.
