Totally a scam company avoid at all costs same as the other reviews on here sent wrong size without consulting me said they had sold out of other sides offers a % discount won’t send a return label as they say it will cost them too much I settled for the 40% discount in the end as they just won’t accept returns not an American company Chinese scammers quality of the item is poor probably costs them about $2
Luckily ordered only one item but almost $60, trousers arrived almost 6 inches smaller than what they provide as sizing guide. Not an American company making items in South Carolina, label attached is all in Chinese.Requested to return item for a full refund and got offered 10% or a coupon for 40% on future purchases (as if). So much for 30 day return policy especially as the problem is their fault. As they say they have a warehouse in the uk, I have offered to return it there however I suspect that won’t actually be the case.The price hike makes you feel they are legit and the jeans were ok when they arrived apart from no button holes cut out and totally the wrong size.I feel another dispute being lodged with PayPal shortly.
Website claims all products are made in South Carolina, USA and shipped from warehouses in UK, USA and Australia. I purchased a pair of jeans. They sent the wrong size. All labels were in Chinese. They were shipped from overseas, possibly Hong Kong, not the supposed warehouse in Australia. I requested an exchange. The best they could offer was for me to keep the incorrect size and get 40% voucher for another purchase. I did this. They sent the same incorrect size again. And again the product was shipped from overseas, most likely Hong Kong or mainland China. I checked both my orders, and I definitely ordered the correct size both times. They sent the incorrect size both times. I believe this company is a scam operating out of China or Hong Kong.
Foolishly ordered 4 items having had a good experience with another company, two of the shirts had silver paint dots and not stones, the other items bore no resemblance to what was on the site, yes, they are “that” Chinese company that everyone thinks is funny when someone posts a video but they have seriously upped their prices so you think it’s not. Can’t imagine I’ll get anything back based on the other review on here and I don’t know why trust pilot issues a 3.2 average score when that have one, one star review. That’s still a one. Shame on trust pilot for misrepresenting scores.
