I irdered a Guess bag which fall apart the 1st day i wore it.
I returbed it as a followed all the ibstuctions given by them
So far i dont have my money back and every day they make a different excuse. So pathetic

Extremely incorrect attitude. Lack of contact options. Some bot comes on and writes some stupid phrases. They canceled my order twice and I still haven't received my money back. The reason was that they have a problem with the system. So, when they have a problem with the system, how come other customers order and the shoe sizes I wanted are out of stock?! So for some there is no problem in the system, but for me there is, and twice.....?! I will hardly ever order from this site again. Outrageous.
Never order from there! I ordered a pair of sandals on Wednesday morning. It says that the order should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. It was expected to arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week at the latest. The shoes arrived on Friday. This was not a big problem. The bigger problem - we ordered them with an inspection and test at the courier company's office. Because of the delay, it turned out that they removed this service, which means that you have to buy the product regardless of whether it fits you or not. We asked the person at the checkout, he said that they did not give an explanation. We wrote an email to the site, and in response we received: We have too many orders, please wait. Have a nice day! Of course, this was not written by a person, but by a bot. It was really not a pleasant experience.
I recently bought shoes from Obuvki.bg, but just two months later, the sole detached from the rest of the shoe. When I contacted customer support about a warranty, I was told they wouldn’t cover it because they claimed I had tried to fix the shoes myself — which I hadn’t. It’s frustrating that they wouldn’t take responsibility, especially since the shoes began to fall apart so quickly.I expected better quality and more reliable service. I’d recommend others carefully consider their options before purchasing!
