Horrible customer service.....you neglected to say that you use CHINESE SIZES......I ordered a 3X (I usually get a 2X)....and when it FINALLY arrived....weeks later than told.....it was too damn small.....no way to return or exchange but I will make DAMN sure I warn everyone I see how AWFUL your company is
Order some boxer shorts from this site. After 3 weeks was advised packaged had been delivered but nothing was received. Asked for assistance from them to find out where the package was but the response was I need to sort the issue out myself. Beware I would not purchase anything from this site
Ordered a size XL pants and received a size 31 XS pants and the company refuses, in many emails to refund me 100% because of their mistake, and insists “ it’s too expensive to nail back the pants to China” even though I received the pants from a USA shipping address. BUYER BEWARE….SCAM!!
Wellinsea shipped me a similar item (pair of pants) but was not what I ordered. I'm not going to bother with a return request because of the rare chance of this getting any better for me after I pay return shipping. I've seen the reviews now (a little late for me) and it's a loosing battle. My advice is to not do ANY business with this company. Anyone who gives you any product thinking it will be acceptable in place of what you actually ordered is definitely someone you want to stay away from. Buyer BEWARE!
I ordered 2 products. One was close to the image on the site (just beware, they photoshop it to look better).However, the other item was not what I ordered and arrived damaged (significantly - could not wear it). Even this was okay because I know mistakes happen. But even though it was their fault, they offered me a 20% refund (and keep the item) or a 40% coupon for a new product!After a little back and forth, they would only offer a 50% refund for a mistake that was all theirs. Luckily, I ordered through PayPal because I hadn't dealt with them before. I'm sure I'll get the refund through them.
I ordered size 12.5 boots and received the wrong size. They sent me a size 11. I sent them an email stated they sent me the wrong size they responded saying that the boot I ordered was a popular item and were sold out of my size and they will give me a $20 refund. Not my full amount. And that I can’t return or exchange. They will keep your money even if they send you the wrong item.
