Review Time
Took almost 3 weeks to arrive, not a lot of updates as sTo where your parcel is or how long it will take. Once arrive the parcel came damaged, outer packaging all riped and hust left on doorstep, didn't even knock to actually hand over the parcel. I ordered over £200 worth of items for it to just be left outside on the door step.
After having constant pain and stiffness in my hands and fingers, I slept on a full fitted sheet and within a few days my pain was 90% gone, I am now pain free after 3 weeks. I have ordered a second one for my son and can't recommend enough to anyone that will listen. I had a query about sizing for the second one and sarah was very quick responding to my emails.
Item arrived quickly. Unfortunately when I read the instructions I realised the sheet would not be suitable because of my medical problems. I informed the Company and asked to return for a Refund.I had a very prompt reply but was informed returning the item to Hong Kong would be very expensive. I was offered a 60%% refund which I accepted and no need to return the item which I will pa's on to someone else.Refund will be in my account in a few days. no need to return the item which I will pass on to someone who should be able to use it.The refund will be returned to my Account in a few days.
