UPDATE: COMPANY HAVE NOW REFUNDED ME 40% AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL.Do not order from here. Ordered a king size sheet and single sheet for another family member as the grounding sheets had been recommended by a friend. Did quite a bit of research and came across this company. Looked at their website which stated: "WellNatura Satisfaction GuaranteeWith the enthusiasm of hundreds of satisfied customers we serve daily, we are confident that our products will impress you.At our company, the customer always comes first. However, if you're not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 90 days of your order. We will refund the full purchase price upon return – hassle-free and no questions asked.The WellNatura Team". Delivery was quite slow and we tried them out for a few weeks with absolutely no results whatsoever for any one of us so I approached them to instigate a return of the items and get a refund (of nearly £200 I might add). Shocked that they advise that their returns policy states:"Conditions for Returns:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging".So how can you try these sheets out within the 90 day period, but then if you want a refund because they don't work, have to send it back in the original packaging UNUSED!!!!!!!!!!!Absolute con so advising people not to go near this company.
I bought two sheets and both were found not to be working.After some extensive negotiations, I was refunded; hence 3 stars.I recommend people buying anything like this from anywhere make sure that they work, preferably asking for the assistance of an electrician.
DO not buy from them!! We ordered the grounding kingsize bed sheet, a flat sheet and got the mat free as there wasa deal on. We paid over £180 for all items and only received the flat sheet. When trying to call the number on the website its says the number is unavailable. I have emailed several times and get the same message that they are delayed due to the high amount of orders. The last email I sent, we was advised that the items had been delivered? I have searched for said delivery and also asked our neighbours if they took a parcel in for us but they haven't. I replied back to the email advising that we have not had a delivery and that we want a refund as this has been ove 4 weeks since we paid them. We are still awaiting a reply, the service is appalling.
Customer service was outstanding on one level...through a woman named Sarah who was increibly polite and respectful in all her emails to me. Ad there were several: I failed to check the size and order single sheets when it should have been double. Sarah did everything in power to see that a reasonabel compormise was achieved
The grounding sheet!!I bought mine from a friend as it was unused and the wrong size for them. It’s a single bed size so it’s the wrong size for me, but I’m struggling with my health/mental health at the moment so bought it anyway, with a plan to take the elastic out and lay it side ways in my bed a a ‘partial fit’.I couldn’t wait to use it, and didn’t have time to alter it, so I put it on the bed ‘as is’. I laid on it and then got inside it (pulled the elasticated sides up over my shoulders and feet’.I was sceptical, however I fell asleep quicker than usual, with less fidgeting, but still woke up at my usual 4am with my heart pounding. I made my usual toilet visit before making my diatomaceous earth drink, then went back to bed. As usual, my heart was pounding, racing in my chest but I did feel less bothered by my thoughts, so managed to get back to sleep without putting my headphones and EDMR sounds on.I usually wake up at 6am, needing my mindfulness tracks to relax me. Not this morning! It’s 8.30am and I’ve only just woken up! Still got a headache, but so pleased with the benefits so far. I need to save up for a king size sheet so both me and my husband can get the benefits 😀👏👏👏
