The experience was great. Took so time but the end result was that my wife and I got out of a timeshare that 1 couldn’t afford and 2 couldn’t even use. The cost was so high that we never used it not even one time. We were so grateful to get help getting out of the timeshare. Getting people to work with I tell everyone I have run into that is trying to get out of timeshare that this company will get it done.
I asked Wesley Financial to resolve my timeshare for me. We started on the process about six months ago took care of things one step at a time and got the timeshare canceled. The representative that I had did a very good job of keeping me informed of the process and things done. I’m very happy with the outcome.
This company is not what I expected. Yes we did get out of the timeshare but more or less they just give you some ideas of what to say to your timeshare company and them play the waiting game. I honestly think the only reason we got out of it is because they told us to stop paying everything and the timeshare terminated do to failed payment. Also the cost that we had left to pay the timeshare company is about how much Wesley financial charged us. Trying to get ahold of your timeshare specialist usually takes about 2 weeks, and they keep sending you to different specialists. Honestly they should cancel our payments to Wesley Financial Group for only doing ⅓ of the work.
This is the same company as Time share freedom group, though they will not admit it (Chuck McDowell is the same person on the commercials)..they did get us out of our timeshare. When tax season came we received a bill for income that never existed. When we called to ask about it there was no one to talk to and they denied the existence of Time Share Freedom Group. They are high pressure. The people on the phones know one thing and can not ask other questions. Do not use them!
Everyone at Wesley Financial Group worked with us and understood our circumstances. It was great to have a reputable company on our side for guidance and support. They were a great team of people who cared about our needs and helped us out of a bad situation.
