Wesley Financial worked wonders! They were so diligent and in top of things on our behalf. We were lied to when we purchased our timeshare from Wyndham. We did not receive what was promised. WF worked so hard for us and we prevailed. It was a great experience to work with Wesley Financial.
Awesome job WFG. It took a little over 18 months but still well worth the wait. You have to trust the process. Last step is cleaning up the credit report! I started working with Wesley Financial Group January 2021 and my timeshare is just about cancelled! I have had nothing but a great experience working with them, especially with my Resolution Specialist, Ms. Brandi S. She is excellent about responding to emails within 24 hours and answers any questions I had. Even when I had to contact the Billing Department, my interaction with Ms. Ginger W was above and beyond. Everyone there is great to work with.
On April 13, 2021, I signed an agreement with Wesley Financial Group to begin the process to cancel my timeshare. On May 31, 2022, I received my letter confirming the cancellation is complete and I am officially timeshare free. The process took exactly 11 months plus 2 months waiting for my confirmation letter, but so worth every penny I paid for their services. The cost of Wesley Financial Group’s services was significantly less than I would be paying today if I still owned the timeshare. They walk you through every step of the process and make it dummy proof! Follow their very simple instructions to a T and you too will be timeshare free. Thank you Anamelia! My experience with the Wesley financing group helped to change my life. I was stuck in a timeshare that was not worthwhile. All the promises I was presented in the presentation were false. I thought I was purchasing something that would be beneficial for me and my family. The timeshare was a money pit. I paid for empty promises. I thought we would have wonderful times vacationing but needless to say I was disappointed. I could not go on vacations as promised.
