We recently worked with Wesley Financial Group to cancel our Timeshare. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. It took several months but we are now free of the remainder of the mortgage and the monthly maintenance fees. I only wish that I had done this years ago! Thanks for your help!
Ron and Leonarda Santos had a great experience working with Wesley Financial Group, Taylor Morrison and Taylor Vaughn. We had 2 timeshares and was able to be free from both timeshares within a year. Both Taylor provided their professional assistances in guiding us what to do when we received calls and letters from the timeshares. We have finally exited our timeshare thanks to Wesley Financial Group but it was not an easy process. They were on top of all roadblocks and issues that the timeshare company threw at us and always responded to any of my questions in a very timely manner. I don't want to think about what it would have taken to attempt the exit on my own. I would definitely recommend WFG to anyone looking to exit their timeshare.
Wesley Financial Group is first rate. The staff is very knowledgeable about the timeshare industry and walk you through every step of the process. Beneatha my Resolution Specialist kept in contact with me by phone and email. And if I had any questions I could call or email her and get a timely response. I would recommend Wesley Financial to anyone trying to get out of their timeshare.
It was a great start. Had an agent who was communicating constantly, would answer emails and phone calls on demand, was very impressed. Then I was transferred to an agent who wouldn't give me the time of day and unfortunately I was stuck with her until I went above her head to get someone else. Literally I was with this woman for a year and a half and she didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. Thankfully Brandi came along. We've had our ups and downs but she has done her very best. Only thing I would like to suggest to Wesley financial agents is please give at least monthly updates, even if its Hi xyz we are still waiting on xyz. I understand you have a lot of clients but a random update would be so much appreciated.
It has been almost 2 years since I engaged Wesley Financial to dissolve our time share commitments. My experience has been a very disappointing here lately due to the length of time it has been and that I am getting any information from Wesley. I keep getting moved from one person to another and then I am lucky to get a one-line email every so often. I have pay right at $16000.00 dollars and still cannot get anyone to call or give me answer as to what is going on. It would really be nice to hear from someone. I get a letter from Diamond Timeshare and forward it to the person that is my contact and still I hear nothing back. If someone would contract me and tell what is happening I might be a little happier.
Ms Fields was awesome in steering us in the right direction how to properly utilize the foot work required to cancel our time share. The letters and e-mails provided by Ms Fields for us to deliver to the Time share where professional and got the point across. Combining professional communication from Ms Fields and my over zealously telecommunications. Along with calling The time share out on the fact The time share communicated with my minor child about our Loan, got a cancellation letter promptly. Ms Fields is great to work with and we are happy we got here to support us while fighting back against these timeshares tyrants trying to act like Putin attacking Ukrainian. One down one to go
