They helped us cancel our timeshare!!

We were young and naive when we bought our timeshare. But we didn't know what we could do to get rid of it. We had just expected that we would have to put up with it until we died! But then, we found out that the responsibility would be inherited by our children!! Wesley Financial helped us finally get rid of it, once and for all!

This company is 100% legit

This company is 100% legit! I’m so grateful that I ran across them and done my research.. They got me out of my nightmare of a timeshare within a few months with ease and they helped me through the whole process. Heather was awesome! She was on top of the whole process and communicated with me about every step of getting me out of the contract. Yes it was a little costly but well worth it as I no longer have to worry about and stress over the high maintenance fees that the timeshare lied about. Thanks Heather and Wesley Financial Group!

My Wesley Financial Experience

Starting out, I thought the process would be difficult and take a prolonged period of time. However, my Resolution Specialist Hailey Hancock was more than helpful and assured me that the process would be simple. She also informed me that the only thing that would be time consuming was the amount of time it would take to get a response from the timeshare company. Hailey was correct, the bulk of the time was me waiting for a response from the timeshare. Hailey responded to my inquiries within 24 hours and very prompt with instructions for my next steps in the process. I would highly recommend Wesley Financial to anyone who is in need of getting out of a timeshare.

I can’t say enough good about this…

I can’t say enough good about this company. Everyone was so kind and understanding. If I didn’t know how to do something on my computer that they needed. The person would call me and talk me through it. If you just follow their directions and not sway away from them, you’ll get it done. We didn’t have ours very long and did not get any money back but, we don’t have $400.00 payments and not 1500 to pay for maintaining something we could not use like they said we could. And , the yearly money kept going up more than we were told. They just lied about it all. We worked on eliminating this for 10 months and finally got it done in the spring of 2020. It can take less time or more but it is not due to this company but the time corresponding with your time share people and the work you need to do to help it along. This company is on the ball and honest. You can trust this company to help you. Be honest with them.

Their promises are true

Their promises are true. We had our timeshare for almost 20 years. It was paid off. There was a fee, but when you consider you would be paying that for a year or so anyways in maintenance fees vs getting rid of it permanently, for us it was a no brainer. First, we had a basic initial call with people in Tennessee. They were friendly and answered a few questions and sent us a few emails. Again, they assured us if they took us on as a client they would be able to get rid of it.With a daughter heading off to college soon, it's something we had to do.Long story short, they kept all of their agreements. We didn't have to be a middle man so to speak...Wesley did all the ugly work. We just responded to their emails and they did all the work for us on that end. It was virtually painless. Our timeshare was paid off though. I have heard this process may be different if your timeshare is not paid off. Not sure (?).You do have to check and respond to their emails timely for the process to go well. That is basically it. Would highly recommend.

This company is fair and honest

This company is fair and honest. They never lied to me and were up front about the expectations that I should have about the process and how long it might take before I would see results.
