The service was honest and guided me through each step of the process. My representative maintained close communication, keeping me informed of the progress. Everyone I interacted with was highly professional. I am thrilled to no longer be tied to a timeshare.
The service kept me informed about everything they were doing to help me exit my timeshare. They assisted with all necessary paperwork and were consistently friendly and supportive. While the process was somewhat lengthy and costly, I’m grateful to be out of that timeshare situation.
We had our initial call with a representative who mentioned it could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 15 months to exit our timeshare. They quoted a service cost of $14,000, but offered a reduction after discussing our situation. This feels excessive, especially considering the value of our timeshare. It feels unaffordable for us.
I was disappointed with the service. They took $7,000 from me without providing much help. I ended up contacting the timeshare company directly and received the necessary exit papers myself. I didn’t need their assistance for the outcome I achieved. It felt like a waste of money.

They were amazing. We worked with Jada and she was the best!!! She was very proactive and keep us updated the whole way. She was patient and knowledgeable, answering all the questions we had. It took about 3 years and she was with us and fighting for us the whole way.
