The process was a little slow getting started and was essentially providing me with correspondence to send the timeshare and other entities. The timeshare Co kept saying they did not have a buy back program but after 18 months of pestering them they offered a buyback that cost us a buyout fee. It will absolve us of the timeshare and in the long run worked. We had tried to sell the property earlier and found that there was no interest, even at a near give away price.
It took around 4 months to get my time share to terminate my status to a settlement. It was convenient because we work together on the phone, email and direct messaging. Wesley Financial Group is professional and thorough and I am glad we contacted them.
Don't use this Company. You pay them over $7000 and you will do all the work. They tell you what to write to the Timeshare Company. I made all the phone calls and emails to the Timeshare Company. Wesley will call you once a month and ask how it's going. That's all they do. Don't use this Company..
My representative was Francesca Miller From the Start we connect I was very impressed with her. She was very professional and compassionate in listening to me explained my situation i was in with with the timeshare she showed me respect & empathy. Francesca got on my case right away. Her communication was Stella She kept me informed of all events dealing with my case. If I call and left a message either her or her team would get back to me within 30 minutes it never took that long o'course. They always work with my schedule to ensure that I stayed informed and gave me the type of service for what I was paying for Which was Top-Notch from the receptionist answering the phone to her team,brochures and handouts It give me the correct information so I could make an intelligent decision about moving forward with wesley financial group. I made the right one that knocked it out the park Home run. My situation was resolved in a matter of months I was thoroughly impressed. My family is finally free of the burdenof our timeshare, and I have the people at WFG to thank. I was leary of using them, not wanting to throw away more money "into" my timeshare expereince, but WFG earned and built more trust with each phone call and interaction. They were honest and transparent from the very beginning. They made it clear what they would do, and what I needed to do. My experience with Wesley Financial Group was Amazing. After contacting them, I received a call explaining the process and was assigned a Resolution Specialist. She was very knowledgeable and professional and within four months my timeshare was closed. I was struggling dealing with my timeshare. The information they relayed when I signed up was all LIES!I was given several ways to get out, most options did not exist. Only one appeared to be viable, but it was in actuality a tool to keep you hanging(2 months). The TV advert for WFG was like a sign from above. I contacted them, provided the required info and they took over. Best thing I ever did. I would refer WFG to any of my friends and family who made the mistake of buying a timeshare.

My partner and I bought a timeshare that worked for a while for our family until it started getting hard to use it in places we wanted to go also the Maintenance fees s kept going up. We then got in touch with Wesley Group at first I thought it was a scam but took my chances with the company. Wesley Group did an amazing job the agents we talk to were very professional. When they said they would call they did and every time I called they answers my calls and questions. The company walk us though the whole process and made us understand what would happen with each step. The money was a little Steep to get out of the timeshare but they will work with you and at the end it was worth it. No more Maintenance feed time share or hassle..so if you are looking to get out of timeshare I Recommend Wesley financial group hands down..
