From the moment I got off the plane, it was a nice experience. Tugce was very helpful organising my trip out to Turkey.I have just experienced the first part of the treatment for my implants . The work was carried out in a professional way, İrem was really helpful, and picked me up to from the dental practice and back to the hotel afterwards. Irem also answered any questions that I had . I would recommend that they gave you an info leaflet, on the aftercare after having implants . They do tell you all you need to know, but I think clients would benefit from an information sheet , so they don’t forget any thing important in the aftercare process. I’m really looking forward to my new teeth, which will be October 23 A big thank you to everyone involved in my treatment .RegardsDave Carson
STILL IN PAIN 2 WEEKS AFTER RETURNING home 4 of the crowns unable to bite down on . I will give it another couple of weeks if no improvement I will probably return to a different clinic to correct, I would love to recommend this clinic , but unfortunately I can not . Think specsavers v trusted optician . The clinic is a bit chaotic and you are treated as cattle really , communication if you don't speak Turkish is a problem , The patient reps Ilayda and Irem are very very nice and a credit to the organisation but unfortunately the dental procedures and clinic are less than expected. You really do get what you pay for . Western health are cheaper but be prepared for the pain and irritation with cancelled appointments and last minute fitting unfortunately. The accommodation and transport are all adequate for the price paid , but the dental treatment and patient care could really be improved and is not as expected, However on the plus side it is among the cheapest do if you don't mind a bit of sensitivity etc , its up to you , I would not recommend to any with sensitive teeth as mine are now continually sensitive and aching 👍
My experience with this company been great. There’s 3 girls who organised everything. They have done everything very high, efficient, professional, treated me with one to one. In a professional or I may say like a good friend. Warm welcoming feeling. My V.I.P treatment is through the roof. Since I came home I have recommend western health the everyone I meet. And gave them the contact number. The 3 girls I had contact with is (Nyssa, Gamze and İrem.) Well done girls. Because the warm welcome from You girls and how you keep me informed early about all my procedure. Scale from 1-100. It have to be 110. I ll be carry on spreading the words about your company. Llayda was absolutely awesome in making the whole dental treatment experience as stress free as it could be. Doctor M Selim was fantastic as well , who carried out my dental crowns. I’d also like to thank all other members of staff who contributed to my treatment. I was a little apprehensive about going abroad for dental treatment but I was quickly put at ease with the high standards of professionalism.I’m so ecstatic with my new teeth / smile that I can safely say it has changed my life for the better and have no reason not to smile rather than concealing my teeth for years!!I highly recommend Pro Estetik in Izmir as the place to go to transform your life for the better!!!Once again thanks to all who contributed including the hotel staff and transportation drivers..
Dealt with Tugce initially and on arrival in Izmir was met by Irem who looked after me whilst there. Dentists are on the ball and the level of service is great. Had implants put in and now have to wait 3 months to complete. First visit lives up to all their promises and cant wait to complete my treatment.
Unreal experience from the moment I got picked up from the airport til the very end, people that work there are the nicest people, especially Irem who was my coordinator she is very friendly and understanding always helped me out if I had a question, hotel was 10/10 clean and calm place to be at. Overall I had the best experience and extremely happy and grateful for my new beautiful smile.
I started working on my teeth in April, so far I have done 7 implants, everything went perfectly, without pain!! people from this clinic are very friendly, they explain every detail. the organization of the transport was very good, the hotel where I stayed was very clean and beautiful!!
100% honest review, like anyone I was dubious of travelling to Turkey to have my crowns fitted. I put 6 months research into finding the best dentist for me, western health came out near the top and was around £1500 cheaper than other dentists offering the same work. Everything was organised and they stayed in touch after deposit paid and flights booked and I was sent an itinerary. I was picked up at airport and taken to a nice hotel which was in a great location and was very clean. Next day I was picked up on time and taken to dentist for consultation, the facility is very clean and modern and staff are very friendly. I paid in cash after we agreed the works I required, they even suggested taken out 4 old fillings and replacing with new ones and I had a post fitted which only cost an additional £120. After I paid I never saw any reps again until the last day as I was due a refund as had 23 crowns fitted instead of 24, never saw a rep unless money was involved, communication was poor, not knowing times of appointments until 2 hours before and I was the 1 doing all the chasing, transfer from hotel was always late and I ended up walking twice ( 25 minutes) to make appointment time, I also walked back several times as was hanging around dentist waiting. The dentist itself is very busy and I had 3 dentists for different procedures who all spoke good English and were very professional. I had very little pain and was treated well while work was being carried out. Overall my new smile is fantastic, I have had no issues so far ( hope it continues) and has made a difference to my life. I’m happier and have not smiled so much in years and can eat food I have had to avoid, I would definitely recommend western health and even though the customer service wasn’t what I was expecting I would do it all again as the end result was exactly what I was looking for.
