I'm after my first visit in the Western Health Turkey clinic for my teeth overhaul 😉 I was very happy with the overall service quality, from having everything sorted before coming over to Turkey through WhatsApp and phone calls, through pickup from the airport, my 4 ✨️ Hotel, all the pickups to the clinic and back, my wonderful personal help on site Ilayda who make the whole visit very friendly and not official 😀 by being there in a friendly manner with all the information I needed and of course the doctor and assistants which were very professional throughout the treatments!!!!! I will definitely recommend this guy's!!! I almost forgot about No pain at all during the treatment and after 🙏👌

My experience was very good, Ceren it is a person exceptional in both levels Personal as profissional, she helping me to understand exactly how procedure works and all the difficulties and questions I had throught the treatment, which is not yet been completed but I thank all the support given by CerenAs gor Ilayda Caner she is extraordinarily super attentive with the client, doing her best to make us feel in home, explaining all the entire procedure and always be in our side answering all the doubts and questions that we need and super friendly.I thank to Ilayda Caner for all the attention and affection that she had fir me wile I was having the treatment thank you to both
Went over to Western Health in Izmir for the ‘Hollywood Smile’ dental work. My old bridge work was broken (after many years) and bottom teeth were in poor condition. Was met by VIP taxi at airport and transported to my hotel. Nice hotel on waterfront, with sea view and balcony. On first day of treatment was met by Llayda, my host who went through the treatment and then escorted me to the clinic. After a painless (except for numbing jags) preparation session, temporary set was fitted. Then chose shade of teeth for permanent bridges. Had a couple of days to explore town while new teeth were made, where I found a couple of great restaurants. Llayda was terrific, calling daily with updates and to ask how I was getting on. Taxi picked me up on 2nd last day, where I was taken back to clinic for rehearsal fitting. A couple of minor adjustments made and then they were permanently fitted. Must say I was totally delighted with the whole experience and results. A big thank you to the whole Western Health team for a 5 star experience. Must give a special thanks to Llayda, who was a wonderful host, keeping me updated throughout and was genuinely committed to making the visit a great experience. Will be returning in the near future, to get the Hollywood Hairline!!! treatment. Saved over £15k on price in UK.
If it wasn’t for the help and guidance of Tuğçe I would never have gone with Prof Yardimci and the hospital for my gastric sleeve done in January 2022. Tuğçe gave me absolute faith in everything, and while I was in Turkey everything happened exactly as she said. From the welcoming crew to the nursing staff, surgeons and everyone involved I had a very good experience and I was in good hands the whole time. The hospital is clean, modern and the rooms are really large. I highly recommend Prof Yardimci and his staff. Tuğçe is still sending me messages of support and information, she is an absolute asset!!

I spent days and hours going back and forth on WhatsApp with a few clinics but I was so reassured with this clinic, I had problematic teeth so rather than just encouraging me to have a quick job that wouldn't last ,they worked a treatment plan which was a healthier decision. I had to have teeth out and I must say I was probably one of there worst patients 😂 I am an anxious mess in these situations but they kept me calm and pain free. Llàyda was my English speaking representative who is funny,professional and became a friend and made the 7 days out there really nice. She would always check I was okay.The clinic is clean and the staff there are all so nice it honestly was so welcoming.I loved the communication on WhatsApp leading up to me deciding to use this clinic.They gave me a beautiful seaview hotel with a balcony ,which had beautiful restaurants . Izmir is such a nice city to visit ,very laid back town with friendly people and lots to do and see. I'm planning on going back just for a holiday ☺️ I had 24 crowns, I am so happy with my results. So nice to have my smile back. I'm 47 now and if you can invest in getting your teeth done I would highly recommend these people. Wow!! I looked for nearly a year searched Google FACEBOOK, you name it, and decided on Western Health.Mainly because they were the most open about the costs and treatments I needed.I wanted a whiter full smile, and that is exactly what I got. The whole experience was amazing from the moment I got picked up at the airport they looked after me so well.After my consultation, they said I did not need as much work as quoted and gave me money back in cash. How good is that.I now have a full, very white smile and all with absolutely no pain or discomfort.So happy.Would absolutely recommend them in fact my sister and daughter are booking with them soon.
When I first reached out via Instagram I was a little hesitant to take the leap. After speaking on the phone with Ilayda she had put my mind at ease and I decided to pay my deposit. From a few days before my flight to the time I arrived home Ilayda was there whenever I needed her. Answering questions, providing support and reassurance. The dental practice itself could not have been more professional, they explained what they were going to do, what potential risks there were and how the procedure would work. The processes was predominantly pain free apart from discomfort after teeth were removed and some sensitivity after fitting but this would be the case wherever the work was done. I felt like the whole team had my best interest at heart especially when they returned the new crowns twice to the lab for minor adjustments that I couldn't even notice! Their attention to detail and patient care was exceptional and I would recommend the process to anyone. My mouth not only looks great but I can eat without discomfort and smile with confidence.
