Our first contact with Western Health was Gemma. She guided us through our options in plain English and helped us with every step towards the booking of our treatment. She was really helpful and made the process easy for us. Down to VIP transfer from the airport to the hotel which Gemma had booked and paid for as part of our package, the trip was effortless. Our contact in Izmir was Ilayda and she helped us by providing transport between the hotel and the clinic each day, answering all our questions and liaising with the clinical staff to ensure everyone understood every part of our treatment plan from design consultation to final fitting. She was so helpful and really personable with a very good command of English. My Husband was booked in for a full treatment of 24 zirconia crowns, whilst I needed some preliminary work to set 2 implants. I will be re-visiting in 3 months to have my 24 zirconia crowns fitted. The procedure for me was very quick and painless. My husbands procedure took 2.5 hours on the first day, including impressions, x-rays, major works on all teeth to prepare for the crowns and temporary teeth until the finished crowns were ready for fitting the following day. Dr Salim was so professional, skilful and caring. There was no pain or real discomfort during the whole process. The dental nurses and assistants were equally careful and professional and worked hard to complement Dr Salim's work. My husbands resulting smile is perfect. It looks completely natural and feels comfortable whilst biting and chewing food. What more could we want. I'm looking forward to my next trip, to have my crowns fitted. Our thanks to the whole team for their professionalism, care and skill. We will not hesitate to recommend this clinic for anyone requiring any kind of dental work.
Like everybody else looking for a dental procedure abroad, I was dubious, with there being so many companies offering the same thing, I was worried about the quality of work I would receive, especially as I'm from the uk, so going back to have any work re-done wouldn't be an option.Reading through all the amazing reviews Wester Health had, I messaged them on whatsapp, my request for information was answered quickly by Gemma, who provided me with everything I wanted to know, price's, timescale etc. We messaged for a couple of day's and I decided Western Health would be the place for me.I've always had a phobia of dentist's, bad. So doing this was a big thing for me. Anyway, turned out to be as good as all the reviews said it was, actually better.Just before flying out, ilayda Caner contacted me explaining she would be my personal representative throughout my stay.I was picked up at the airport by one of their drivers, who was waiting outside my arrival terminal, I was allocated the Izmir Palas Hotel, which is a 4* with Breakfast included, which turned out to be a lovely hotel. All the while ilayda had told me to message her at any time with any questions I had or any help I needed while I were there, offering to help with any other arrangements including transport around the city, places to eat & drink while we were over there. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for her, so friendly & helpful, making my daughter and myself feel so welcome.I was picked up from our hotel for every appointment I needed to attend at the clinic by iLayda in a taxi which are all paid for by the company, after the appointments ilayda would then take us to places we needed to go, by taxi again before dropping us back off at our hotel.This was an amazing experience which was made so much nicer knowing we had ilayda at the other end of the phone all the way through.I had 22 Zirconium Crowns fitted, and the preparation work was PAINLESS !!! I did not feel a single bit of pain all the way through, NOTHING.My new teeth look amazing, honestly I am so glad I went through with this, through Western Health-Turkey, I definitely chose the right company for the work.If you are in any doubt about getting dental work done in Izmir, you really do need to consider this company, their communication, Professionalism, and prices are, IMO, the best available, and I cannot thank my Personal Rep, ilayda Caner enough for making our stay & my whole experience such an enjoyable one.Thank you ilayda, Mehmet & all the team at Western Health.All the very best 🙏🙏
At the start, I was skeptical to come to Izmir for my treatment because initially I was planning to go to Istanbul, but when I reached western health clinic and spoke with Mr.Kerem I changed my plan to go to Izmir then Istanbul. Kerem was very helpful throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end. He was on the field with me, answered any concerns/ questions that I had also recommended places that I needed to go. The treatment was done in a nice and clean clinic with the best doctors! I’ll be going back in few month for the second round of my treatment and can’t wait to do that. I definitely recommend Western Health Clinic just because you are getting undivided attention form the pros for your treatment.
The two ladys i delt with were 100%,ii had chosen these because there was no pressure put on me, thay answered all my questions and left my alone until i done my research,,,, i paid for me and my girlfriends flights, so you can bring a partner or friend at no extra cost, the clinic is 100% the people are amazing,, no pain at all on my work,,, 6hrs in the chair,,, day of then back again,, the worst part for me was the fitment gets a little sore, come away smiling,, my girlfriend had her teeth cleaned and whitened and some chips sorted,,, highly recommended these people,,, all are love and big thanks,, chris from Portsmouth and from hannah aldershot. ♥️♥️♥️
Good quality services!Big thanks to the doctors and nurses who took care of me. The hair transplant operation was carried out normally, without any issues. The support given by Tugce for accommodation, information about the surgery, the medication after surgery, etc..as well as the fact that she stayed with me almost the entire time I spent in Izmir is much appreciated!5 stars plus!Alin
I highly recommend Western Health clinic I had my teeth done last week had very little pain at all ! The whole team were very professional the staff couldn’t do enough to help me and i am over the moon with my whole experience not a bad thing I could say about about it. The dentist herself went above and beyond as i booked in for composite veneers and changed my mind to E-Max Veneers crowns bridges and fillings Llayda was absolutely brilliant she was on the other end of the phone and with me all the way throughout my dental treatment what a beautiful lady she was amazing . I highly recommend this company from start to finish they are incredible
