Western health from start to finish were great, İrem and Alayda really cared, were friendly and put me at ease, arranging appointments and transfers, sometimes even sitting with me whilst I had treatment. Having been very nervous about it, I have to say it really helped, I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty, and full set of crowns, the results are fantastic, the dentist Atalay was so meticulous and friendly. He really cares and puts you at ease, I experienced no major pain. The blepharoplasty was more painful, but only for a few days, agsin had 2 follow ups and were very attentive. A week later the swelling has gone down lots and starting to look good. Overall a great company, nice hotel they put me in, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
Wow what can I say about this place. Firstly I probably have the worst Dentistry Anxiety possible. However I was reassured everything was going to be okay. All treatment that was needed was done at my own pace. We stopped whenever it got too much, anything I needed was no problem for team. Even changed my hotel as I wasn’t happy or comfortable there. All transfers arrived on time, lovely pleasant driver too. My dentist and his assistant were soo patient with me. Very detailed and wanted to make me the best smile!! Clinic was lovely and clean. A total different atmosphere to UK clinics. Which really does help you calm down and focus on getting treatment completed. Now after 6 years of no confidence, I can finally smile again, without thinking what people will say. Special Mention to Ilayda Caner and my Dentist Atalay. Absolute super stars. I cannot thank Western Health enough! Thank you guys ☺️
After years of being unhappy with my smile and having a lot of dental problems I decided to go with Western Health in Izmir Turkey for treatment.From start to finish I can honestly say that Western Health/wise and smile are outstanding !! I had 27 crowns fitted , 3 root canals and 4 extractions.Everything is very professional including the clinic which is very very clean.A special Thankyou to Iiayda and İrem who were my hosts and both are amazing !!!!! They were able to explain everything very well and answer all my questions and always able to contact them any time of the day during my stay.I also want to thank my dentist Hanife Nur as she was amazing too making me feel comfortable the whole way through my treatment and has made me a new Man !!! 😁😁😁Hotel and transfers were very good as well and were always on time with a lovely friendly driver. This whole journey has been life changing for me and only wish I had done this a long time ago !!Thankyou Western Health for everything !!Jason .

Outstanding. What more to say, but I will.Western Health Turkey/ Wise & Smile provided the most excellent service that I cannot fault whatsoever. From the start my liaison & interpreter Irem has been a total star interpreting perfectly throughout. She is such a nice and kind person - I want to hire her… I have to mention my fabulous dentist Hanife and her assistant Burcu. They were the ones that made my actual dental experience bearable. Totally professional. I have also to mention our driver Ergun. He is a great guy and always on time and very friendly; if I had a chauffeur company he would be my top driver. Almost forgot to mention the talented Laboratory Technician Kemal. From first contact to departing Western Health I've had great communication and have great deal of confidence in them after receiving an extraction and implants.Being terrified of dentists, I was relived and impressed with how gentle and painless the treatment was, the dental staff were excellent, noticed complications and quickly found a solution.On arrival service coordinator llayda organised my transport and greeted me on WattsApp arranging everything I need to know before the driver took me to the well equipped and friendly hotel in the centre of town with plenty amenities on the door step.llayda English is better than mine, she explained the treatment and liaised with the dental staff excellently she was a calming, comforting and professional presence throughout the whole process.After treatment, a swollen face was visible for five days the medication they provided kept the whole experience pain-free.I found Izmir a very vibrant, friendly and helpful city returning in four months to finish the the treatment I've recommended Western Health to friends and would highly recommend them to you.
We have to say that this company is the most professional and brilliant, the staff are fantastic both Ilanya and İrem are lovely, helpful, professional and genuinely care about you. This is my 3rd time visiting them, once with my brother who had a fantastic outcome with his teeth and this is my 2nd visit to accompany my husband who has had implants and crowns. Absolutely outstanding care and attention. Would highly recommend the whole experience, the drivers who pick you up and take you back and forth from the airport, the hotel and the surgery, and all the staff in the surgery including the lovely dentist Hanife and the nurse who made my time in the chair comfortable and relaxing. 5*****
